Does it fit your operation?
Stores looking to outsource warehouse work, sell across multiple channels, or spend less time preparing orders can ask the team to assess their products and workload. Start with the actual scope, storage requirements, and packing instructions.
If you operate your own warehouse and team, consider WMS separately from outsourced fulfillment.

Questions before getting started
Is there a minimum order volume?
Share order volumes and SKUs with the team to assess suitability. Confirm minimums and contract terms in your quotation; this page does not specify a minimum.
When are goods received and orders dispatched?
Confirm receiving windows, order cutoffs, and holiday arrangements with the team for your agreed scope. Contact hours are not a dispatch-time commitment.
Which products can the warehouse accept?
Provide dimensions, weight, and handling requirements for assessment, particularly for temperature-sensitive, fragile, or shipping-restricted products.
What are the published charges?
Storage is charged on actual volume used at THB 700/m³/month: 0.5 m³ costs THB 350/month, without rounding up to 1 m³. Picking is THB 3/item, order handling THB 10/order, and shipping is charged at cost. Confirm receiving, packaging materials, taxes, and special work in your quotation.
How are returns, damage, or changed orders handled?
Contact the team with the order number, SKU, and relevant evidence. Agree return procedures, inspection, charges, and claims terms before starting.
