How Fulfillment Works?

Our staff then enters the products into the MY ARRAY system to generate a QR code for detailed tracking.
2. Storing Goods
Your products are stored systematically and securely, arranged by SKU, type, and expiration date using the ARRAY WMS.
We use the SECOM security system, Japan's top security company, to ensure your products are kept safe.
3. Picking
Our API automatically pulls order data from marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, LINE SHOPPING, and TikTok.
The system then reserves products from stock by SKU to ensure accurate picking by our staff.
4. Packing
Your products are packed securely after a quality check.
Our staff use protective materials and appropriately sized packaging to control shipping costs.
